Michelin Star Restaurant- Fourk

Chef Virgilio Martinez was born in Lima, Peru, and is known for his unique ingredients from around Peru.

Peru is a very diverse country with its various ways of life, climates, and ecosystems. There are four main types of topography in Peru: mountains, desert, rainforest, and coastal.

MML Hospitality is known for its carefully thought-out interior design, acclaimed food and beverages, and top-notch service and careful attention to detail.

They are opening their second hotel right here in Savannah. The first is Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, and we have partnered with its sister establishment. The hotel's rooftop will host the grand opening of Peruvian chef Virgilio Martinez's newest restaurant.

Your journey begins the moment you walk in. Earth-toned materials, tactile surfaces, and a sculptural textile installation designed by Vanessa Barragao reference Peru’s diverse landscapes and artisanal traditions. The space invites guests to slow down, marking the beginning of a journey rooted in place and story.

The Hanging Garden

This dining area blurs the line between interior and nature, inviting guests to feel immersed in the landscape. Hanging gardens float overhead, bringing the atmosphere of the rainforest indoors, creating a space that feels calm, immersive, and inviting. Banquette seating lines the wall, offering comfort and intimacy while encouraging conversation and shared experience.

The Cotton Sail Hotel, located along the historic Savannah River, blends classic Southern charm with refined coastal style. Located above the hotel, Top Deck is a rooftop restaurant and lounge offering sweeping views of the river and the downtown skyline. Together, the Cotton Sail Hotel and Top Deck create a destination that honors place, history, and effortless hospitality.

Inspired by Peru’s relationship to water and land, this dining area places the fountain at its center. Flowing water and natural materials create a grounded, immersive atmosphere. Meals here feel communal, encouraging guests to slow down and connect with family and friends.

Sit close and watch the story unfold. This intimate private dining experience allows guests to witness the care and precision behind each dish. The space invites curiosity, conversation, and a deeper connection to the craft of chef Virgilio’s cooking.
